Personal projects

JamSesh; Rust, Bevy, Jev (2026)

It is a robot you can jam with! Rust core with a Bevy UI. Plug in your midi keyboard, configure your DAW to accept MIDI IN from JamSesh, and play some music. Your MIDI notes are sent to Jev and it picks the next thing for the robot to play.

OpenFlow; Rust, Swift, C++, FFI (2026)

This is a Wispr Flow inspired dictation system. It has a Rust core with clients built for Windows, macOS, and iOS. It wraps OpenAI’s whisper model (specifically, whisper.cpp) with a Rust-based interpretation layer. This uses FFI to allow clients in Windows, macOS, and iOS to build small native apps against a common Rust core. All models run locally on-device across mobile and desktop platforms.

Home Remote; Rust, Typescript, React, IP control (2026)

This is a home remote to replace our logitech harmony device. It’s built with Rust, React and Typescript.

Dealboxxed; Typescript, Rust, Vue (2026)

Uses a naive bayes classifier to sort email into political advertisments (Gmail does not do this), deals & promos, and newsletters. Uses a low cost, production LLM (at groq) to turn extractions into human readable messages and deals.
